Organized by COASSCIT/Saar in collaboration with LPM (Landesinstitut für Pädagogik und Medien), the institute responsible for teacher training under the Ministry of Culture of Saarland, a training course on “Gamification in HSU” will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
HSU and Arcobaleno teachers from COASSCIT will present best-practice examples of gamification in language teaching to educators of the languages included in the HSU curriculum of the Ministry of Culture. These methods have already been successfully tested in schools.
Why is gamification important in education?
Gamification transforms learning into an engaging experience, increasing student motivation and interest. By incorporating game elements such as rewards, challenges, and instant feedback, it facilitates the understanding of complex concepts and encourages active participation. This innovative approach supports the development of cognitive and social skills, making learning more effective and enjoyable.
